Any equipment upgrade and/or replacement take into account all government regulations pertaining to the reduction of greenhouse gas and pollutants and the increase of recycling rates. The production of your labels respects the highest standards in order to minimize the amount of material used, and limit losses and residues to a minimum.

Along those lines, our most recent acquisition, the HP Indigo WS 4000 Press, represents priceless added value. When compared to conventional presses, its inks and imaging oils produce less volatile compounds. The press also consumes less ink, oil, paper, cleaning rags, blankets and PIPs (photo imaging plates).

Storage of residues generated by this precision equipment is well monitored. These residues are not considered to be hazardous wastes according to Federal Act 40 CFR 261. None of the elements, including inks from the HP Indigo procedure, contain pollutants, according to the American Federal list of atmospheric pollutants as established in Section 112 of the Federal Clean Air Act. 42 U.S.C.A. # 7412.

This equipment requires fewer components, generates less residue thus reducing storage costs at the end of its service life.
